About
Central South Outfitters is a family-owned guiding business based at Lake Tekapo, founded and run by head guide Conor Carlaw. Rather than running high-volume hunts, Conor plans private trips around what each guest wants to achieve, with access to more than nine private high country stations and a wide range of hunting and fishing country across the South Island. His father helps with guiding, while his wife and mother run touring and sightseeing for partners who don't hunt, so the whole group is looked after. It suits hunters and anglers of every level, from first-timers to experienced trophy hunters.
