About
The Ringmakers was opened in Timaru in 1985 by Graeme and Chris Castle and has been at its Stafford Street premises since 1995. Brent and Aimee White took over the business in 2016, with Brent having started as an apprentice under Graeme in 1993. Stock pieces and custom designs are made on-site in the upstairs workshop, so customers can talk directly to the goldsmith making their piece. It suits anyone after an engagement or wedding ring, a remodelled heirloom, a repair or a gift.

- Open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm

- Repairs stay in the on-site workshop, so pieces do not leave the premises
